A pseudo madmax vehicle was spotted driving on the wrong side of the road Jan 1 in SF. Complete with metal exhaust pipes protruding from the trunk and a redundant yellow flashing light on the roof. The driver was suspected of driving under the influence. Location 46th ave and Taraval.
