It is necessary that I address you all one last time. Before I get into the bulk of what I need to say, let me clear a few things up:
1. AustralianImport/EveyHammond/Charliesh33n/BushDoofRave/fuck_scammers/MaryJay/adjek11 are all the same person (myself).
2. AustralianImport NEVER actually sold any product.
3. Nobody will be receiving the packages they ordered from AustralianImport.
4. Telemetree had no involvement in this scam. He is a great, honest guy.
Now that the suspense is over, let us chat.
Let me start by explaining why I ran this scam. This may be a suprise to many of you, but money was never a factor. As a matter of fact, I am still in the process of determining which charity to donate my earnings to.
I planned and executed this scam for the sole purpose of revealing how easy it is for somebody that you "trust" and have "respect for" to completely fuck you over. I embedded myself into the forum community as a trustworthy and noble person who was willing to devote their time to bettering the community. Behind the scenes however, I played the role of somebody who didn't care about you - all my work was just a facade which would allow me to steal all your money. None of you had any idea what was going on, because I made the promise that I would serve the community selflessly and I was able to manipulate you through my text.
Essentially the roles that I played in order to scam you parallel those of the SR team. Don't believe me? Think about it. You all trust and have respect for the moderators. You are always being told how ridiculously long and hard the hours that the team works are, all the while, you are under the impression that their work is for "the movement" and that they aren't doing it for personal gain or money. However, just like EveyHammond, behind the scenes they couldn't give a fuck about you. As long as they get their commission at the end of the day - they don't give a shit what happens to any of you. While buyers are getting scammed every day due to a lack of support interface and vendors are losing their privileges and being locked out of their accounts with no assistance - the SR team are still getting paid their very generous commission money.
Every so often somebody in the forums makes a post that causes a ruckus, a riot - and more and more members of the forums start siding against Silk Road because they begin to see through their blatant lies. And then they do exactly what allowed EveyHammond and AustralianImport to scam you all, they use their words to fool and manipulate you. Everytime you buy it. Everytime you allow yourselves to be fooled. It is always the same, "security over new features" bullshit - but they never answer the question of why they can't do both at once. I will tell you why, because all the staff would prefer to receive larger salaries if it means the customers don't get what they want, instead of receiving smaller salaries while increasing the size of staff and completing tasks faster.
The greedy fuckers wouldn't even give me 5k in exchange for not releasing 300 addresses to law enforcement. Obviously I was never going to do this, but they didn't know that. They resorted to threats, talking about how they would reveal my transaction history publically to allow the community to DOX me. The SR staff wipe their asses with 5k, but they wouldn't give it up to keep you out of jail.
Wake the fuck up people. This place is not, and never will be, the Libertarian Haven that was Silk Road 1. As much as the moderators try and make you believe that Silk Road 2 is about furthering the movement that Ross began, it is a blatant lie. SR2 is nothing but a business, with commercial interests always taking priority.
My last words of advice to all of you:
Get the fuck out of here as fast as you can. Although it may be impossible to ever find a marketplace that is truly dedicated only to "the movement", at least find a business that acts like one.
