Shipping
All domestic shipping via USPS priority with tracking. International shipping via first class air mail with tracking through US customs.
- US: 2-4 business days
- Worldwide: 6-10 business days
- The two or more listings shipping option is only to be used when ordering multiple listings. If this option is chosen for a single listing, your order will not be processed or shipped until the matter is resolved. If it is not resolved within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.
- Express shipping can be arranged for an additional charge, generally double the charge for regular shipping to your location. Please PM prior to placing your order if interested. I do reserve the right to choose to upgrade your shipping to express at my discretion. If you would prefer not to receive an express delivery under any circumstances, please indicate this with your shipping information.
- Tracking numbers can be provided upon request, but this request MUST be made when the order is placed.
- I delete all of your personal information once your shipping label is printed. Please keep this in mind if you are inquiring about the whereabouts of your item.
- Items are NOT marked in transit until your package has been labelled and dropped off at the post office. If your item is marked in transit, it was sent to the address you provided.
- Success rate 99%. To date, there has only been 1 package that could not be confirmed as delivered. Countries into which I've successfully shipped include the UK, Australia, Ireland, Jamaica, Israel, Russia, Thailand, Finland, France, Latvia, Canada and Malaysia.
- I am not the postal service and therefore cannot control any shipping delays no matter how much I would like to.
- I do not send packages that require signature for delivery.

Refunds/reships
- Any domestic package marked delivered is NOT eligible for a refund or a reship. You are responsible for providing a correct address to which your package can be delivered and make it into your hands. All priority and express packages are confirmed delivered on a clearnet browser if there is a question.
- International packages that are marked as passed through US customs require a letter from your domestic customs office for proof of seizure to be eligible for a refund or reship for this reason
- International packages marked in transit less than two weeks prior to the claim of non-receipt are considered to still be in transit as shipping times can be slow depending on location.
- Reships will not be sent to the same address initially provided for your protection and mine.
- Refunds will be offered at 100% for tracked packages that are undelivered and 50% for untracked/international packages.

Payment
- I only accept bitcoins
- All transactions stay in escrow
- A word on FE - don't. Finalizing a transaction tells me you received your package. It also takes the protection of the escrow system away. While early finalization is entirely up to you, I would encourage you not to do it. In the unlikely event that your package doesn't arrive, resolution is much smoother when the transaction hasn't been finalized.
- Prompt finalization of transactions upon receipt of your package is appreciated!

Communication
- I aim to provide service and stealth above your expectations.
- All messages will be answered to the best of my ability as promptly and thoroughly as possible.
- I treat you with respect and courtesy, please do the same to me.
- If you send me a message asking about your order and my response goes unanswered, I will assume you either accept my response or no longer have interest in engaging in a meaningful interaction.
- Any escalation of an issue that was started through PM which was not appropriately handled on your part (unanswered responses, rude/aggressive tone) will NOT be eligible for refunds or reships.
- Excellent communication is rewarded accordingly. I'm a nice person and will bend over backwards if you are too!

Custom Orders
- Custom orders CAN be created upon request.
- Prices quoted include shipping costs but do not include SR fees. Anticipate your listing costing roughly 10% more than the price I quote you due to the addition of SR fees.
- Express shipping is the only shipping option for custom orders outside the US in order to allow for tracking.
- All custom orders are listed in stealth mode and can only be accessed by the URL I send you once your listing is created.
- You are not under any obligation to purchase the custom listing I create for you, but I will not create any future custom orders for you if you choose not to purchase a listing after I've done the work to create one.
- Prompt finalization of custom orders is expected. If you fail to finalize within 72 hours of delivery of your order, I will not create any future custom orders for you.
